Bike and Blues Festival, Freeport summer 2013

Jo Hell of the Jo Hell Band performs during the 2013 Summertime Bike and Blues Festival in downtown Freeport. Regionally popular groups like the Jo Hell Band will be the priority for the festival moving forward instead of relying on more well-known bands to headline the annual event.
