Straight from the "Live Music Capital of the World!"

Live Music on Fox 7 - NEWS IN THE MORNING Jo Hell got his start playing in bars at the young age of 16 in his native Montreal, Canada. Several years later, he put together his blues band the Red Roosters, and began getting shows on a regular basis. In March 2006, the band made it's way to Austin for SXSW - the band fell in love with Austin and hasn't left since. Their highlights in Austin include playing with legendary drummer Uncle John Turner (Stevie Ray Vaughn's first drummer) and Collective Soul. Next they'll be sharing the stage with Big Head Todd and the Monsters, along with many other local legends, at the Red, White and Blues Festival on Saturday, July 1st, at Waterloo Park. [...]
